“The technician was an hour late and seemed flustered and upset. The door jams were not cleaned. All that was done was the floors and the seats. The windows were still dirty as well. ”

“ Never again will I allow a vehicle to be cleaned in the dark. This vehicle is still filthy. The center console has not been touched at all around the cupholders or anywhere. I could take tons of pictures of how bad this vehicle is. Something needs to be done about this or I am requesting a refund. My seven-year-old daughter could've done what's been done to this vehicle. ”
